Country rockers Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt will perform TOGETHER on January 22 at the Beacon Theatre.

Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt are teaming up this winter for a series of intimate acoustic shows that will feature both artists performing side-by-side, alternating songs from throughout their careers.

With a dynamic chemistry mixing wry banter with finely crafted country, swing, folk, R&B and rock 'n' roll' Lovett and Hiatt' each with more than two dozen albums to their credit, have been touring together periodically since 1989, setting aside respective bands for the opportunity of delivering one of the most compelling concerts on the road. Since entering the music scene in 1980, Lovett has recorded thirteen albums, and has one four Grammy Awards. Lovett has also appeared in over a dozen movies and television shows, including Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, The New Guy, Brothers and Sisters, and Mad About You.

John Hiatt has recorded over 20 albums, and was awarded the Americana Music Association: Lifetime Achievement Award for Songwriting in 2008. His latest album, The Open Road was released in March 2010.
