Gorillaz will take the stage at Madison Square Garden on Friday, October 8. They will be joined by special guest N*E*R*D.

Gorillaz is the most successful virtual band ever, fronted by four talented people: pretty-but-vacant singer 2D, satanic bassist Murdoc Niccals, Japanese guitar prodigy Noodle and amiable man-mountain drummer Russel Hobbs.

The band's third studio album, Plastic Beach, was released last March and debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 in the United States.
